QuizQrusher turns your course material into multiple-choice practice quizzes: AI models write the questions as a CSV, and this app runs the quiz, grades it, and shows where to focus next. It works for any subject: pick your field below to see its prompts.
It fills in the [COURSE OR TOPIC] blanks in the prompts; leave it empty to fill them in yourself. If you don't see yours listed, check out the .

Each step uses the model that's best at that job. If you don't pay for one of them, use its free tier until you hit the limit, then switch to whichever model you have.

Turn on each model's strongest reasoning mode (for example Gemini Pro with extended thinking, Copilot "Think Deeper", ChatGPT "Think", Claude's largest model at high effort). Always start a new chat for each step.

.json file. Browsers ask for permission again after a restart, so press Reconnect folder when it appears. Use a dedicated folder; in iCloud Drive or OneDrive, set it to "Always keep on this device"..json file (the questions travel inside it). Settings > Data > Export all saves everything at once. Bring either back with Import previous quiz, which also accepts version 2 .txt saves (with their CSV) and plain CSVs.On the hosted site, QuizQrusher can be installed like an app and then opens without an internet connection. In Chrome or Edge, use the install icon at the right end of the address bar. On an iPhone or iPad, in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen (installed apps also keep their saved quizzes longer in Safari). When a new version is out you'll see "A new version of QuizQrusher is ready": press Reload and your quiz is saved first.
On the hosted site, the down arrow next to the QuizQrusher name opens a menu of the other study apps: InfoBase for searching your slides and textbooks, CwikCard, which turns the same question CSV into flashcards, and RunDown for writing notes in Markdown. Home, at the bottom of the menu, goes to the study apps homepage.
The Follow-up request (.md) on Results is a ready-to-send prompt listing your weak categories, the concepts you missed and the wrong answers you chose. Pick a difficulty and question count (defaults are in Settings), download it, and give it to Claude with your slide_data.md and question_styling.md. You can also download the Quiz Report (.txt) and Missed Questions (.csv).
Lite is a single file that works offline, keeps one quiz at a time, and carries its settings inside itself. or use Download for offline use on Home, which bakes your current settings into the copy. Keep it in its own folder (for example "QuizQrusher Lite"). In Chrome or Edge, link that folder in Lite's Settings: saves go into a saves folder beside it, and Apply updates the Lite file directly. Otherwise Apply downloads a new copy to put in place of the old one.
The ⚙ in the top right corner. Appearance (theme, accent color, color-blind-safe colors, reduced motion), text (size, line spacing, an easy-to-read font), quiz options (shuffling, category tags, the submit warning, the Focus cut-off, Tutor mode, timer), follow-up defaults, saving, and data tools (storage use, Export all, Clear all). Changes apply right away.
